Convention location - Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, located at 11111 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85020.
What is LTC?
LTC is a program to help train and encourage 3rd through 12th graders to become leaders in the church. Participants learn and prepare for events in teams or individually at their home congregations.

During Easter weekend, the LTC convention gives the participants a deadline to work towards and a place to showcase their work and put their newly learned skills into practice.
What are the Benefits of LTC?
  • LTC allows year-round structured leadership training.
  • Assists in the growth of confidence and the use of gifts and skills.
  • Promotes team building and encouragement.
  • Aids the development of skills in speaking, song leading and Bible reading.
  • Provides training for youth to be effective teachers.

  • Online Registration January 2nd – February 27th
  • T-Shirt Design deadline Monday, January 16th
  • Ernie Simmons Award Nomination Due Monday, February 13th
  • Hotel Reservations * Tuesday, February 21st
  • Final registration & fees postmark Tuesday, February 21st
  • Pre-convention due date postmark Monday, February 6th
  • Scholarship Application received by Monday, February 13st
  • Judges Online Registration Deadline Friday, March 30th
  • Pre-Convention Meeting (Hilton) Saturday, March 17th
  • Last Date to Receive Full Refund Saturday, March 17th
  • Award corrections Monday, April 23rd
