- LTC is a program to help train and encourage 3rd through 12th graders to become leaders in the church. Participants learn and prepare for events in teams or individually at their home congregations.
During Easter weekend, the LTC convention gives the participants a deadline to work towards and a place to showcase their work and put their newly learned skills into practice. - What are the Benefits of LTC?
