Whats the weather like in PNG right now? The Weather Channel doesn't seem to see PNG as a priority but they do usually have the 2 day forecast if not up to the minute weather:

Papua New Guinea is located at the junction of three tectonic plates and is very active geologically. Below is a map of PNG showing earthquake data.
To see if there have been any recent earthquakes there go to this site.
You will probably find one under the "recent earthquakes" link if not on
the list.
